2.1. Complete Cancellation Protection:
We offer a 100% full refund for all cancellations, regardless of when you cancel. Whether you cancel six months in advance or within days of your event, you will receive a complete refund of all payments made, including your deposit and any additional payments.

2.2. No Hidden Fees:
Unlike many service providers, we do not charge any cancellation fees, processing fees, administrative fees, or any other hidden charges. The amount you paid is the amount you will receive back - in full.

2.3. No Questions Asked:
You do not need to provide detailed explanations or justify your cancellation. We respect your privacy and decision-making process. A simple notification of cancellation is all that's required.

3. How to Cancel Your Booking

3.1. Multiple Cancellation Methods:

3.2. Cancellation Confirmation:
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will send you a written confirmation within 24 hours, acknowledging your cancellation and outlining the refund process timeline.

3.3. Required Information:
To process your cancellation efficiently, please provide:

  • Your booking reference number
  • Event date and name
  • Contact information used during booking
  • Preferred refund method (same as original payment method by default)

4. Refund Processing Timeline

4.1. Standard Processing Time:
All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. This timeline applies regardless of when you cancel relative to your event date.

4.2. Payment Method Considerations:
- Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after processing
- UPI refunds: Typically instant to 24 hours after processing
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
- Original payment method will be used unless you specify otherwise

4.3. Expedited Processing:
In cases of emergency or urgent financial need, please inform us when submitting your cancellation. We will make every reasonable effort to expedite the refund process where possible.

5. Rescheduling as an Alternative

5.1. Unlimited Free Rescheduling:
If you would prefer to reschedule rather than cancel completely, we offer unlimited free rescheduling with no additional charges or penalties. You can move your event to any available date that works for you.

5.2. Hold Your Date:
If you're uncertain about future plans, you may choose to reschedule to a tentative "hold" date. This keeps your booking active while you finalize your plans, and you can update the date as needed.

5.3. Package Protection:
When you reschedule, your original package pricing, features, and promotional discounts are locked in and remain valid for the new date, even if our pricing has increased.

6. Cancellation by Piclelo

6.1. Company-Initiated Cancellations:
In the highly unlikely event that Piclelo must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • Immediate notification via phone, email, and written communication
  • Full refund of all payments within 3 business days
  • Additional compensation of 25% of your booking value as an apology
  • Priority assistance in finding alternative photobooth services if desired
  • First priority booking for any future services with a 20% lifetime discount

6.2. Equipment Failure Scenarios:
If equipment failure or technical issues occur during your event that cannot be resolved within 30 minutes, you will receive:

  • Pro-rated refund for any time the photobooth was non-operational
  • Full refund if the issue occurs within the first hour of service
  • Additional 50% credit toward a future booking as compensation

7. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances

7.1. Protected Cancellations:
We provide full cancellation protection for circumstances beyond your control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
  • Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns
  • Pandemic or public health emergencies
  • Venue closure or cancellation
  • Serious illness or medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies or bereavement
  • Military deployment
  • Court appearances or legal obligations
  • Transportation failures preventing event attendance

7.2. Documentation Requirements:
While we maintain a no-questions-asked policy for standard cancellations, for force majeure situations where you're seeking additional accommodations or expedited processing, we may request supporting documentation. This is solely to help us assist you better, not to deny your cancellation rights.

8. Partial Cancellations and Modifications

8.1. Service Downgrades:
If you wish to reduce your booking (e.g., shorter duration, fewer features, downgrade package), we will refund the difference between your original booking and the modified service. No cancellation fees apply.

8.2. Add-on Cancellations:
Individual add-ons or extras can be canceled separately from your main booking, with a full refund of the add-on cost, up until 48 hours before your event.

8.3. Guest Count Changes:
Changes to expected guest counts do not affect your booking or pricing. Our packages are designed to accommodate flexible guest numbers without additional charges or penalties.

9. Group and Corporate Bookings

9.1. Multiple Event Bookings:
For clients booking multiple events or dates, each booking can be canceled independently with full refund protection. Canceling one event does not affect the status or pricing of other bookings.

9.2. Corporate Contract Flexibility:
Corporate clients with ongoing service agreements can cancel individual events under the same terms. Annual contracts may be terminated early with a pro-rated refund of unused services.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Good Faith Commitment:
We are committed to resolving any disagreements or concerns in good faith. If you believe your cancellation has not been handled properly, we encourage you to escalate the matter to our management team.

10.2. Escalation Process:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team
- Step 2: Request escalation to management within 24 hours
- Step 3: Management review and response within 48 hours
- Step 4: If still unresolved, mediation or legal recourse as per governing law

10.3. Legal Protections:
This cancellation policy is governed by Indian consumer protection laws. Your rights under this policy are in addition to, not instead of, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Policy Modifications

11.1. Locked-In Terms:
The cancellation policy in effect at the time of your booking remains valid for your specific booking, even if we update our policies thereafter. You will not be subject to less favorable terms introduced after your booking date.

11.2. Policy Improvements:
If we enhance our cancellation policy after your booking, you will automatically benefit from the improved terms. We always apply whichever policy version is most favorable to the customer.

11.3. Notification of Changes:
Any policy changes will be posted on our website with at least 30 days' notice. Existing bookings will not be affected by policy changes unless the changes are more favorable to the customer.

12.1. Wedding Cancellations:
