Welcome to Piclelo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Piclelo, its owners, employees, and representatives.
"Client" refers to any individual or organization that books our services.
"Services" refers to photobooth rental and related services provided by Piclelo.
"Website" refers to the Piclelo website located at www.piclelo.in and all associated pages.

2. Bookings and Payment

2.1. All bookings must be confirmed by the payment of a 10% deposit to secure your booking date.
2.2. Full payment is required no later than 7 days before the event date.
2.3. Payments can be made via online bank transfers, UPI payments, credit cards, or debit cards.
2.4. All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
2.5. We offer a 10% discount for events held Monday through Thursday.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1. We offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your event for any reason, we provide a full refund regardless of the timeline.
3.2. You can reschedule your event at any time without any additional fees, subject to our availability.
3.3. We understand circumstances change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs.

4. Service Delivery

4.1. The Company will arrive approximately 1-1.5 hours before the booth rental start time for setup.
4.2. The Client must provide adequate space (minimum 8x8 feet) and access to a standard power outlet within 50 feet for the photobooth.
4.3. The rental period begins at the scheduled start time, not when setup is completed.
4.4. Additional charges will apply for extended usage beyond the booked rental time.
4.5. Our takedown process typically requires about 45 minutes after the event concludes.

5. Content and Photographs

5.1. The Company reserves the right to use any photographs taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless specifically prohibited in writing by the Client.
5.2. The Client agrees not to use the photobooth for capturing or displaying offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
5.3. Digital copies of photographs will be provided as outlined in the selected package. Basic packages receive digital copies via email after the event, while Premium and VIP packages get access to an online gallery that can be shared with guests.

6. Equipment and Technical Issues

6.1. We use professional DSLR cameras with studio-quality lighting and commercial-grade dye-sublimation printers for the highest quality results.
6.2. Our booths undergo thorough testing before every event, and we bring backup equipment to all bookings.
6.3. In the rare case of a technical issue, our attendants are trained to quickly resolve problems.
6.4. If for any reason service is interrupted for more than 30 minutes, we offer a pro-rated refund for that time.

7. Liability

7.1. The Company is not liable for any injury or damage caused by guests while using the photobooth.
7.2. The Client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by event attendees.
7.3. The Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.
7.4. In the event of equipment failure, power outage, or other circumstances beyond our control that cannot be resolved during your event, a pro-rated refund will be provided for the affected time.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Company collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws.
9.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material on our Website without express permission.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or transportation issues.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our Website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
