Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
For weekend events, we recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, especially during peak season (October-February). For weekday events, 1 month notice is usually sufficient, but availability can vary.
What's required for setup?
We need approximately 8x8 feet of space and access to a standard power outlet within 50 feet. Our equipment runs on regular household current, and we bring our own extension cords and technical equipment. We'll coordinate with your venue to ensure a smooth setup process.
Can I customize the photo template?
Yes! Premium and VIP packages include custom photo template design. You can provide your logo, event hashtag, date, or other elements to be incorporated into your photo strips.
Do you offer discounts for weekday events?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for events held Monday through Thursday. Please mention this when inquiring for exact pricing.
